San Marco

Colorificio San Marco, founded in 1962 and named for Venice, sits at Marcon on the mainland. It has since become the head of a group holding several decorative brands, Novacolor among them.

The catalogue runs to vapour-permeable water-based paints, lime products — Antica Calce foremost — thick coatings and tinting pastes: the paint maker that reaches furthest into lime, which makes it the natural neighbour of the renders on this site.
